Still catching up...

Hey there everyone! We are doing much better. Caleb goes to the doctor this week to have his ear looked at. Abigail is recovered and we are just trying to catch up on sleep now. I slept 8 hours last night. Didn't even think I could do that, I thought I would wake up early and get some exercising in. Oh, well... Glad I got the sleep though.

Here are a few photos of the kids taken over Christmas break. Joshua and Abigail sleeping, they are such cuddle bugs. And the kids watching TV. Abigail is so cute, isn't she? I think she has Jeff's legs:)
Next are some photos of our church at Christmas time. It was very beautiful. The front of the church and the pulpit.

The baptismal font, with Joshua and
Caleb, so manly. Christmas tree in
the entrance with Hannah. Isn't
she getting tall? WOW!

Next is the Advent wreath and a
column behind the pews that had
a nice candle stand.

Lastly is the nativity table. This was set up during the Crib service on Christmas Eve. The children put the pieces in one at a time. The week after Christmas, a child did get the angel and dropped it:( The crib service was mainly for children
and there were a lots of carols sung. It was nice.
I am thanking God that things are getting back to normal. I didn't realize how difficult things were on us until they got better. Being sick made everyone cranky, especially me with no sleep. Now things are running more smoothly.
We have met a couple from near Chicago, IL. They have 8 children, one in college back in the US. The youngest is almost 1. We got together last Saturday night for dinner and fellowship which was much needed for both families. We're setting up play dates for the week, I think on Mondays.
Also, I have a job interview in the next two weeks. Don't have a date set yet, but I will keep every one posted. The job is at a children's nursery called Yellow Wellies. Wellies are otherwise known as Wellington's which are rubber boots. The nursery has children from birth to 5 years of age. Caleb and Abigail would be with me while I work. It would make life very busy, but would help out financially if we could earn some £'s here.
Well, I should be going. If you would like to pray we have the following concerns:
1) pray for the family I mentioned, the Hoch's. They are having financial
difficulty. They have not sold their home and really need to or they
may have to go home. This would be a great disappointment.
2) continue to pray for the children in school to be strong in their faith.
3) continue to pray for Jeff and his studies, to be focused and get much done.
4) pray for a job for me, if God wills and continued financial support.
Thank you all so much for your support in every way. We love and miss you all. Rhea
